I love using a lot of spices to make my dish rich with flavor and of course more delicious as well. In this recipe, I will show you how to cook beef with sweet soy sauce. This recipe is inspired by Malaysian cuisine and it is very easy to make.
Beef in Sweet Soy Sauce Recipe
Ingredients :
350 gr thin sliced beef (tenderloin)
200 gr potatoes, peeled and sliced
1 Indonesian bay leaf
3 lime leaves
100 gr tomatoes, diced
1 cinnamon stick
400 ml water
60 ml sweet soy sauce
1 tsp palm sugar
1/4 tsp nutmeg powder
1/4 tsp white pepper
1/2 tbsp salt
Coconut oil
Grind into paste :
4 cloves of garlic
100 gr onion, chopped
150 gr shallots
3 red chili
7 candle nuts
1 tbsp fresh turmeric
1 tbsp fresh ginger
25 gr lemon grass
Serve with rice...
