3-2-1 Pie Dough
For 1 Crust
6 oz. Butter (ICE COLD)
4 oz. All Purpose Flour
2 oz. Water or Liquid
1 Pinch of Salt
In a Food Processor Pulse together Flour and Cold Butter and a pinch of salt Till Just Mealy and combined. Add in cold water and Pulse 3x.
The pie dough needs to be wrapped and chilled in the fridge for 1 hour and can be rolled and shaped as needed.
