I'm back in Poznan and this time the Old Town Square renovation is finished. The square looks amazing, it's been completely redone. I spent a lot of time walking the Market Square and just taking in everything. It was a warm day and most of the restaurants and cafes had tables outside which were full of people. After perusing the new square I worked up on appetite for Polish food. I found a restaurant in the square called Warzelnia. I decided to try a dish for the first time. The dish is Kotlet Schabowy or Polish Porkchop.
