ASGC inaugurated the Middle East’s first green workforce accommodation in Jebel Ali-4, Dubai. This new sustainable accommodation is a state of art facility and the only building in the UAE to have TermoDeck HVAC (heating, ventilation and air conditioning) system, leading to significant cost savings and reduction of CO2 emissions. The accommodation is in line with ASGC’s focus on innovation and sustainability and is designed to reduce the impact on environment by utilizing clean energy resources and effective water management systems. The project is a design and build contract by ASGC and its subsidiaries, HPBS and ASU.
