A charming little film about the peaceful Essex tranquil of Foulness Island, made by Frank Pigram, about whom I know very little. It looks like 8mm film, so would never have been broadcast on TV. Of note is that the music was composed by Radiophonic composer John Baker. himself from nearby Leigh-on-Sea.
