Ingredients:
Raw mango - 2 cups (washed )
Keep it under the sun for 6-8 hours
Brown mustard seeds - 1/4 cup
Yellow mustard seeds - 1/5 cup
Fenugreek seeds - 2 tbsp
Coriander seeds - 4 tbsp
Cumin seeds - 2 tbsp
Dry roast for few seconds
Coarsely grind it
Heat 1.5 cups of mustard oil
Turn off the flame
Turmeric powder - 1 tbsp
Red chilli powder - 2 tbsp
Nigella seeds - 1 tbsp
Fennel seeds - 2 tbsp
Carom seeds - 2 tbsp
Mustard oil - 1.5 cups
Salt to taste
