• Turmeric Powder 1 & 1/2 Teaspoon
• Cumin Seed 1 & 1/2 Tablespoon
• Cinamon Stick
• Big Elaichi 1
• Kaleji 1 kg
• Oil 1 Cup
• Ginger 2 Inch piece
• Garlice 25 Cloves
• Coriander 2 Tablespoons
• Garam Masala Powder 1 & 1/2 Teaspoon
• For garnishing Fresh coriander & Green Chilli
• For gravy Water as required
