Your patient's first impression with your dental practice is typically made over phone. Dr. Balanoff's quick tip for offices in this video is all about how to handle calls when things are busy...it's all about communication and asking permission. While it seems simple and not important, quickly acknowledging a patient in front of you by asking them, "do you mind if I take this call real quick because it is a new patient?", makes all the difference in the world.
