320 gr Spaghettoni L'Italiana
1 kg chicken gravy
5 fresh garlic cloves
2 leaves of laurel
4 sprigs of rosemary
4 anchovies in oil
1 black garlic clove
100 gr white wine vinegar
2 mushrooms champignons
