Why not create a sacred space? Somewhere that is special to you, where you feel safe and peaceful. Somewhere you won't be disturbed by others while you reconnect with yourself and the world. It need not be complicated, just a corner of a room can be enough or maybe you have a favourite place you like to sit in your garden or a park or on a walk you take regularly? These little actions we take to cherish and nourish ourselves can really help to form part of a great support system to help us through the difficult times and make the good times even better! I take you on a short walk and share my 'sacred space' and suggest you create your own.
