Amid his guitar solo performed on Van Halen 2nd Formation 2004 Reunion Tour held at Philips Arena, Atlanta, on September 17th, 2004, Eddie Van Halen interspersed “Hot for Teacher” with the assistance of Alex Van Halen’s drumming only. I think Eddie missed it a lot during the tour. But I believe it’s not only him who missed it. Alex did too and even Mike Anthony! Too bad Sammy Hagar didn’t fulfill their desires and, of course, the desires of the long-awaiting fans.
