Chef Fabio Quarta at Casa de Brasa at the Four Seasons Los Cabos stopped by our table to recommend his pastry chef making us a custom-made dessert of special dough-a European spin on a traditional Mexican dessert. The churros were accompanied by two dipping sauces, a handmade caramel with crunch chunks of walnuts and handmade velvety dark chocolate and vanilla bean ice cream!
