Activision just dropped their official matchmaking talk... and it's the most telling sign that they indeed use some form of EOMM, and proves that their matchmaking practices are NOT about fairness, and they are simply trying to gaslight us into thinking that their practices are all tried-and-true methods that are in the interest of the entire playerbase.
