112 g Leche entera y 38 g Nata con 35% de grasa
23 g Mantequilla sin sal
Aroma de vainlla
Vanilla Pastry Cream:
40 g Egg yolks (2) and 26 g granulated sugar
8 g cornstarch
112 g whole milk and 38 g Heavy Cream
23 g unsalted butter
Vanilla scent
Ingredientes:
1 hoja de hojaldre
Harina para espolvorear
3-4 Manzanas
1 Limon exprimido
30 g Mantequilla derretida
Neutral Glaze para dar brillo
Ingredientes:
1 puff pastry sheet
Flour for dusting
3-4 apples
1 squeezed lemon
30 g melted butter
Neutral Glaze to give shine
