Hannah Gutierrez's defense team called Frank Koucky to the stand on Tuesday to testify about his expertise with a replica firearm similar to the revolver used by Alec Baldwin in the deadly "Rust" movie shooting. A prosecutor accused Koucky of negligently pointing the gun at the judge while showing it to the jury without indicating that it was not loaded. However, Koucky quickly denied pointing the gun at her and said it is a known fact to never point a real gun at anyone.
