Creamy and cool shortbread crust with a lovely cream cheese filling topped with sweet and tart cherry pie filling.

2 sticks of softened butter
1/2 cup brown sugar
One cup chopped pecans
2 cups plain flour
Mix until a course crumble forms
For filling
16 oz softened cream cheese
2 cups sugar
2 teaspoons of vanilla
16 ounces Cool Whip
Mix until smooth place on top of cooled crust.
