A demonstration of the forearm pull up natural movement skill. In this variation, we are using momentum and full body movement to tuck and swing the body up. It is more about coordinating the force of energy produced by each part of the body into one synchronized movement.
This is an excellent exercise to build up to the tuck pop up skill of getting up onto the bar, and strengthens the coordinated connection between the shoulder girdle, spine and lower body in generating upward force.
