An unmarked Chevrolet Tahoe PPV of the Boston Police Department is seen here making its way down to Tremont Street but the road is blocked by barricades and a Boston Fire commander's car so it goes up on the sidewalk to get around them. It's missing its front license plate and I'm not sure the driver is aware that the front of the lightbar is showing only a solid clear light. This is most likely one of the Special Operations SWAT cars of the Boston Police.
You'll also see Engine 33 of the Boston Fire Department, a spare District Commander car, an unmarked Boston Police car and several Boston Transit Police motorcycle cops. There is an unmarked Ford Expedition seen early in the video without its lights on (it pulls to the side of the road to allow the black unmarked Tahoe to pass) and then we see it with it's emergency lights on and a few blips of the siren. The occupants of the Ford Expedition are dressed in khaki-colored clothing and the only forward-facing emergency lights are two blue lights in the grill and two blue hideaways in the headlights. Not sure if its Boston, State or even Transit police.
