If your Silhouette machine isn’t turning on, try performing a power cycle.
Power off your machine.
1. Disconnect the USB cable from both the machine and your computer.
2. Disconnect the power cable from the machine. Wait one minute.
3. After leaving the machine unplugged for one minute, firmly plug the power cable back into your machine.
4. Power on your machine.
5. Firmly connect the USB cable directly to the machine and into the computer.
