This location has four nekker nests, each with at least one nekker warrior and is a great place to gather nekker hearts and nekker warrior livers which are necessary for white raffard's decoction, Enhanced white raffard's decoction and superior draconid oil. This spawn still functions as of patch 1.12. If you don't get a respawn fast travel away, meditate and then return.
