While leaving the campsite in Crots I realised I was in the Ubaye area, well known for its historical forts with impressive (world war) backstories. With only an hour for todays route I decided to take my time and discover some of those where that was possible and some nice stops inbetween like the Motor museum I found by accident. The Tournoux fort was closed, but I couldn't leave without some aerial shots. And did I saved the best for last? Vinadio is a really nice place to spent some time!
A two month trip to remember for ever - August 19th 'till October 15th. Three years ago I rode the France Alps with my Monster821 and now I'm back (for more)!
