INGREDIENTS
1 eggplant
1 head of garlic
Salt
Pepper
1 tsp paprika
Extra virgin olive oil to taste
200g cooked chickpeas
Black sesame seeds
Cook the eggplant with garlic in the oven for 45 minutes at 374°F (190°C). Blend it with the garlic, chickpeas and the rest of the dressing, season with sesame oil.
