Bhaja Masala is an essential ingredient (a mix of spices) in Bengali kitchen without which many of our dishes remain incomplete.
The first bhaja moshla(1) that I have prepared in my video can be used to enhance the taste and flavour of various vegetarian dishes like dumaloo,ghugni,mixed vegetable etc.and also snacks item like chaat, churmur, vegetable chop,dahi vada,jhal muri etc.
The second bhaja moshla(2) is used in chutneys and pickles as a flavouring agent.

Ingredients:
For Bhaja Moshla1
1) Cumin Seeds- 2tbsp
2) Coriander Seeds- 1tbsp
3)Fennel Seeds- 1tbsp
4)Dry Red Chillies- 5pcs
For Bhaja Moshla 2
1)Panch foron- 1tbsp
2) Fennel Seeds-1/2tsp
3)Dry Red Chillies-2pcs
Note: Please add the bhaja moshla as a finishing step just before removing the dish from oven and not while cooking.
