Hello everyone! Today I'm sharing with you my new Bloom Recipe and mixing guide. There has been a lot of issues with the Behr 8300 recipe changes so I am sharing an alternative with you all! Plus I share gorgeous Shelee Art Bloom Blowout! In this video I use a new pouring medium and I’m loving the results! This video is full of tips and tricks to mastering this technique. No silicone used for cells. It was all the layering of the paints that made those cool effects.
