Here is my go-to drill for conditioning my shoulders for punches. If you can make it through this drill without a break you are fight ready (for arm conditioning).
Get yourself a set of 3lbs weights if you're feeling gutsy.
Or 2lbs weights if you want something a little easier.
Or if you have no hand weights a pair of 16oz gloves which equals 1lbs.
