This video will help you if your laptop screen is cycling between dim and bright. It is rather an easy fix, what is happening is your charger does not have enough amperage to run the laptop so if you do anything taxing on o the laptop the charger will kick off and your laptop will run on battery. Most laptops have their screens set to dim when on battery so when the laptop kicks over to battery the screen dims, then because the load is off of the charger it will kick back on and the screen will brighten again. Thus getting the effect of cycling screen dimming and getting bright again.
