HP for stage 3 is doubled from stage 2, no differences otherwise.
The additional boost from MASBs definitely benefits the Soul Break entry damage as they easily hit up to the cap, unless the enemy's defenses were very squishy lol.

Also this Gigas has all the 5 stages unlocked from the start, so it is possible to go straight up to stage 5, although no rankings have been provided for the event.
