The key is to bake the brie before you Brûlée so it’s gooey to begin with (and perfect for dipping). #AintTooProudToCheese
INGREDIENTS
1 (8 ounce) wheel triple cream brie, top rind cut off
1 tablespoon cane sugar
Crostini and/or strawberries for serving
INSTRUCTIONS
1. Preheat oven to 350F.
2. Place brie onto a oven-safe pan, cut-side up.
3. Bake brie for about 5 minutes.
4. Spread an even layer of sugar over the top of the brie.
5. Using a blow torch, brulée the top fo the brie for about 2 to 3 minutes or until sugar melts and caramelizes. Allow sugar to cool and harden, 1 to 2 minutes.
6. Serve with crostini and strawberries, and enjoy!
