Launched in spring 2017, the University of Michigan’s National Poll on Healthy Aging, ran by IHPI with support from AARP and Michigan Medicine, helps inform the public, health care providers, policymakers, and senior advocates on issues related to health, health care and health policy affecting Americans 50 years of age and older.
The poll is designed as a recurring, nationally representative household survey of U.S. adults, which allows us to assess issues in a timely fashion.
This seminar features the poll’s director, Preeti Malani, M.D., as well as staff from AARP, to discuss the methodology, findings, ramifications and other aspects of the monthly releases.
