Grandmaster Lohan Sifu demonstrates Choy Li Fut ( Choy Lee Fut) Kung Fu. This Kung Fu form is called the Small Plum Flower (blossom) Hand Form or in Chinese Siu Mui Fa Kuen 小梅花拳.
This form is not an advanced Choy Li Fut form but Lohan Sifu has learn it directly from a Grandmaster and was privileged to have spent time having his forms critiqued by Chan Chiu Sun (The Keeper of Choy Lee Fut) before the Keeper's passing in 2012.
The Keeper, Chan Chiu Sun was the great grandson of Chan Heung (the founder of Choy Li fut, 1836) at the time Niel was learning from him Chan Sun Chiu was considered to be the worlds leading expert in Choy Li Fut Kung Fu.
