Samsung's latest premium smartwatch looks and sounds very familiar. The Galaxy Watch Ultra is basically an Android version of the Apple Watch Ultra, down to its features and straps. It's available for pre-order now and starts at $650, which is $150 less than the Apple Watch Ultra 2.
