The combination of deterministic studies along with the mathematics always look for the patterns and initial state of the events in the dynamic systems.
These chaotic and highly complex systems might appear as random. However, it might have similarities, fixed loops, recurrences.
Butterfly effect describes how a small change in initial state could result large differences in end state such as, butterfly wings flap in Sydney could create storm in Florida.
Imagine that we live in a world that all standards based on quantum calculations. Storms are no longer predicted rather quantized without observation.
Storms would be prevented when we know the behavior of butterfly effect ahead of time by blocking it when it would be still possible. Unfortunately, this might not happen even with the deterministic quantum technology.
What about if we have a quantum error which would cause small difference in initial state. Storm behavior would end up with chaotic result that we couldn’t possibly know when the controllable threshold passed.
We already have self driving cars which would bring spontaneous chaotic traffic in the near future. This would be the most deterministic chaos. However, still small differences would trigger quantum traffic algorithms to recalculate the future behavior.
Chaotic behaviors would never be precisely calculated even if we become the type 3 civilization that has control of our milky way.
Chaos can not be predicted or calculated with deterministic patterns unless hypothetically we become the type god civilization.
