I love the Sirens, and specially the Arbiters, so when I learnt that a new Arbiter was added, I had to check her out. She may very well be my second favorite Azur Lane character overall, at least aspect-wise (God I really hope she's not Omitter all over again-). I may upload the general Arbiter theme, too.

That being said, this was a PAIN. I had to rearrange the WHOLE PICTURE BY HAND because I'm a dummy dum dum. I have the UV textures, I've got the mesh, but I don't know how to get the original picture. So yes! Puzzle time.

Either way, I realized way too late that the initial fade in is messed up... Not gonna re-export this video and waste another hour just for that little detail, sorry.

Oh, and I also had to draw the Siren logo by hand, almost forgot to mention.
