I train Monday -Friday twice a day
Weekend once
I aim to reach over 270 grams of protein a day.
I have been into gym since Jan 18. Initially over 13 stone 7lbs. I lost the weight and went down to 10 stone 11lbs. Since then slowly putting some muscle on.
My aim is to reach 12 stone. Ive been struggling in 11.3 for past 3-5 months.
