Ingredients
1 free range chicken (kampung chicken)- cut into 4 parts
15g American ginseng
20g goji berries
5 big dried red dates
6 dried longan (optional)
1.6 litres water (or enough to submerge all ingredients by about an inch)
Salt - to taste
Instructions
Blanch chicken in a pot of boiling water for about 2 minutes to remove scum and dirt. Drain and put it aside.
Place all ingredients in pressure cooker
Season with salt to taste.
