To continue with the trend of easily accessible budget builds in Diablo 2, today we're going to cover a Budget build to take the Lightning Javazon (Amazon) into Nightmare and Hell, as well as equipment options should you have trouble finding the gear you need early on. There are a lot of options available for countering bad luck in Diablo 2, which is one of the great benefits of its itemization.
