_Ingredients:_
For the pasta dough:
- 2 cups wheat flour/ Ghehu aata
- 3/4 all purpose flour/Maida
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- Water, as needed
For the masala sauce:
- 1 tablespoon butter/vegetable oil
- 1 large onion, diced
- 2-3 clove garlic, minced
- 1 packet pasta powder
- 2 teaspoon garam masala powder
- 1/2 teaspoon red chili powder
- Salt, to taste
- 1/2 cup tomato chopped
- Fresh Coriander, for garnish
_Instructions:_
1. Make the pasta dough by combining wheat flour, all purpose flour, and salt.
2. Knead the dough for 5-7 minutes until smooth.
3. Rest the dough for 30 minutes.
4. Roll out the dough and cut into desired pasta shape.
5. Cook the pasta in boiling water for 5-6 minutes.
6. Heat butter in a pan and sauté onions and garlic.
7. Add spices and cook for 1 minute.
8. Stir in tomato, cook until tender. and combine with cooked pasta.
9. Season with salt to taste.
10. Garnish with coriander and serve hot!
