Vegan Blue Cheese Dressing
1 cup walnuts (soaked for minimum 2 hrs)
1/2 cups hemp seeds
1/4 cup nutritional yeast
1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
3 tbsp lemon juice
1 tsp garlic granules
1/2 tsp onion granules
1/2- 3/4 cups water
1 tbsp miso paste
2 medjool dates
Optional: 1/3 tsp salt
Combine all the ingredients in a high-speed blender and blend until smooth.
