enable VT-X/AMD-v, solve EPERM error. Here is my video:

Solving EPERM Error
Select
C:/Windows/system32/drivers/etc
Right click on the file named:
Host
Go down and select:
Properties
If
Read Only is ticked (selected)
Unselect it
Go ok
Retry LOCAL again!
