Himes Peak Campground is located just off Trappers Lake Road east of Meeker Colorado. This first-come, first-served campground is open from late May to late October.
11 Campsites are $20 per night and several can handle RV's up to 36 feet.
No Reservations are accepted.
The trailhead for the Big Fish Trail is just outside of the campground. The Big Fish Trail leads to about a half dozen popular fishing lakes and Bessies Falls.
