Choosing the best dog name for your new four-legged friend is actually really hard! You have way more freedom naming a dog than you would naming a child because there are really no rules, but too much freedom can sometimes make it difficult to know where to start.
When I recently got my new shih-poo puppy, I actually found it really stressful trying to come up with a unique puppy name. We're talking keep me up at night stressful... I take these things seriously, okay!
So I've come up with six ideas to help you choose the perfect dog name, and I've actually used a few of these ideas when coming up with names for my pooches. I have made a few dog name suggestions throughout the video, but the tips that I've put together are really designed to help get your creative juices flowing and to get you brainstorming, so that you can come up with a name that is personal to you and means something special in your heart!
