To Make Paneer Cheese Dosa

Paneer - 200 Gms (Buy: [ Ссылка ])
Oil - 3 Tbsp (Buy: [ Ссылка ])
Onion - 1 No.
Garlic
Green Chilli - 2 Nos
Tomato - 1 No.
Turmeric Powder - 1/4 Tsp (Buy: [ Ссылка ])
Salt - 1 Tsp (Buy: [ Ссылка ])
Chilli Powder - 2 Tsp (Buy: [ Ссылка ])
Cumin Powder - 1 Tsp
Garam Masala - 1 Tsp (Buy: [ Ссылка ])
Coriander Leaves
Dosa Batter
Ghee
Pizza Cheese

Prep Time: 10 mins
Cook Time: 20 mins
Servings: 3-4

METHOD

1. Take oil in a pan. Heat it.
2. Add chopped onions, garlic, green chillies and saute for 2-3 mins.
3. Once the onions are slightly browned, add the chopped tomatoes. Saute until they are slightly mushy.
4. Add salt, turmeric powder, red chilli powder, cumin powder, garam masala powder, mix well and saute.
5. After 40 seconds, add the grated paneer and mix it well with the masala.
6. Lastly add chopped coriander leaves, mix well and keep it aside.
7. Heat a tawa and pour the dosa batter on it. Spread it into a dosa, add some ghee to the edges and roast it on both sides lightly.
8. Now flip the dosa to the exactly how it is made.
9. Grate some cheese on the top and place the paneer filling in the center. Spread it evenly.
10. Grate some more cheese on the top and cook for 15-20 seconds to let the cheese melt.
11. Once done, fold the dosa and cut it into half.
12. Yummy Paneer Cheese Dosa is ready to be served with any chutney of your choice by the side.
