Hi all! I made this non alcoholic drink recipe last summer and it’s SOOO delicious, who knew cucumbers taste so good in a drink?.?.?

This is inspired by (taken ingredient by ingredient 🫣) from a drink my mother made and sent me a photo of, last summer. I later had a similar cucumber drink at a bar in New York which made me want to make a video!

- 1 mini cucumber
- 1 lime
- 10g fresh mint leaves
- 3 tbsp sugar
- 150ml cold water
- lots of ice
