FOR TADKA:
Oil - 2 Tbsp
Mustard seeds - 1.5 Tbsp
Green Chilly - 2 Tbsp
Hing - 2 pinch
Sugar - 3 Tbsp
Salt - 1 Pinch
Water - 200 ml

FOR KADHI:
Besan - 2 Tbsp
Oil - 1 Tbsp
Mustard Seeds - 1 Tsp
Green Chilly - 2 Tbsp
Turmeric - 1/4 Tsp
Salt - 1 Tsp
Sugar - 2 Tbsp
Lemon juice - 1/2 Tbsp
Curry Leaves - 7
Coriander
Dhana - 1/2 Tbsp
