These waffles are a quick and delicious way to use up egg yolks leftover from making my Buttery Carnivore Bread recipe. Plus, who doesn't love a waffle?!?
Recipe:
3 Large Egg Yolks
1 1/2 Tbsp Unsalted Butter, melted and cooled
1 1/2 tsp Vanilla
1 1/2 Tbsp Sweetener
1 1/2 tsp Egg White Powder
1 1/2 tsp Whey Protein Isolate
1/8 tsp Redmond Real Salt
Add the vanilla and melted, cooled butter to the egg yolks. Mix until well combined. Whisk the dry ingredients together, then add them to the egg yolk mixture. Mix until well combined. There will be some lumps, that's ok. They will bake out. Add your batter to the hot waffle iron set to medium high heat.
