The Spring garden at Deep South Texas is looking beautiful. What did not survive the polar vortex has been replanted and is doing well. Cabbages and carrots are ready o harvest. Tomatoes and peppers have been planted and are looking good. Onions, potatoes, parsley, cilantro, chives, and celery look real healthy. Even some of the Moringa trees are coming back to life.
