Cookie recipe:
1.5 tablespoons coconut oil
90g coconut sugar
100g plain flour
1 teaspoon baking powder
2.5 tablespoons almond milk
60g 70% cacao dark choc chips
pinch of salt
preheat oven to 220C / 425F
mix together coconut sugar, flour, baking powder, salt
pour in almond milk, coconut oil and mix - easiest to use hands
add choc chips and mix again
form dough into 6 balls
place evenly spaced on baking tray with 3cm apart
bake for 10 mins
leave to cool for 5 mins
enjoy!!
