The rings are located near the floating island where Shoot to the Island in the Sky's Power Star is located. The coins can be collected by using a Wing Cap, which are found on the floating island, near the moving platforms on the main path, or by using a cannon, which are located near the stage's entrance and partway up the mountain. Once all five coins have been collected, the Power Star appears near the area with four pegs, next to Find the 8 Red Coins' Power Star.
