After All might crushed Deku's dreams on a rooftop, Izuku follows Bakugo's advice to 'take a swan dive'. Coincidentally Shigaraki was cooling his head after a fight with Kurogiri and stumbles upon the greenette's surprisingly-not-dead body. He ends up calling Kurogiri and the doctor to heal Deku, tho Shigaraki himself is confused by what he did he just ends up going with it.
