To add bots to a custom game in Modern Warfare 3, you can follow these steps:
Launch the game and select Multiplayer from the main menu.
Choose Private Match and then select Custom Game.
Select Game Setup and then Bot Setup by going to the plus icon and adding the bots to team 1 or team 2.
Choose the number of bots you want to add and their difficulty level.
